We’re looking for an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is central to raising quotations, processing sales orders and coordinating projects from order through to delivery, working closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
This is a varied position suited to someone who enjoys coordination, problem‑solving and delivering a high level of customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

| Essential Skills & Experience | Previous administration, sales support or coordination experience Strong customer service background Good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook |
| Desirable Skills & Experience | Experience in project coordination, interiors, furniture or fit-outFamiliarity with Safe, Microsoft Teams or SharepointExposure to project delivery or logistics coordination |
| Working hours | Monday to Friday 9am – 5:30pm 1 hour for lunch Location: Northampton, England |
| Package | Permanent, full-time position Competitive Salary 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays |
